Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of D&D Medical Clinic and Infirmary's ("the Clinic," "we," "us") online booking and patient-records platform ("the Site"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site lets patients book appointments, view their medical records, request laboratory/ultrasound services, and communicate with clinic staff. It is an administrative and record-keeping tool — it does not replace an in-person medical consultation, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.

2. Medical disclaimer and emergencies

The Site is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately — do not rely on this Site to book or reach care.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Appointments and services

Booking an appointment through the Site requests a slot with a doctor; it is confirmed once accepted by the Clinic. Fees for professional services, laboratory, and ultrasound requests are payable at the Clinic as described at the time of your visit or request. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about your identity or health
• Access or attempt to access another patient's records or account
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or send unlawful content to staff or other users
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Site

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and content are owned by the Clinic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for the clinical care you receive in person at the Clinic, which is governed separately by applicable medical practice standards.

8. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms or is used in a way that risks the safety or data of other patients or staff.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
